Overview

Northwest Permanente is seeking a Project Coordinator, Communications and Recruitment Marketing supports and coordinates a wide variety of projects toward the execution of department initiatives to achieve regional objectives. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics for events, projects and production. Works closely with members of the team to ensure alignment and timeliness on deliverables, projects and workflow. Will work on project and production tracking, metrics and reporting and assist with research on communication platforms, tools and trends. This role supports the implementation of recruitment marketing strategies in close partnership with the Communications and Talent Acquisition teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains editorial calendar and production tracking– responsible for tracking issues, risks, decisions, status reports, and timelines. Assists in follow-up on issue resolution and action items.
  • Coordinates and maintains intranet content, including edits, updates, intranet audit, posting executive communications and maintaining the portal events calendar.
  • Coordinates, tracks and updates for external speaking engagements with talking points and conference deliverables.
  • Posts planned social media content.
  • Coordinates recruitment marketing assets, templates and materials.
  • Maintains external career/corporate website and blog.
  • Supports the coordination of events, corporate initiatives, production and projects.
  • Develops content, formatting or branding for communications and presentation, and training materials.
  • Supports communications team reporting, metrics and research.
  • Schedules, coordinates, provides follow-up and tracks team editorial meetings and other communications meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in applicable project-related work experience.
  • Experience interacting with stakeholders and coordinating projects.
  • Communications experience (writing for internal and external audiences including social media and formatting presentations).
  • Project management and tracking experience.
  • Self-starter with excellent written communication skills.
  • Excellent overall technology skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Viva Engage/Teams, Excel, Air Table, MS Forms.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Two (2) years’ experience in a health care setting.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in communications. marketing, or public relations
  • Knowledge of recruitment principles, processes and credentialing/hiring standards for health care professionals or other executive/professional groups. Physician recruitment preferred.
