We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Optometrists to join our practice as a floating clinician in Portland, Oregon, and the surrounding area. As a NWP Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive eye care services across multiple clinic locations, managing a variety of chronic eye diseases and conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and thorough patient records and actively participating in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in optometric care.

Minimum Requirements:

  • One year OD residency preferred, or a minimum of three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management

Current hiring incentives for this role:

  • Relocation allowance – up to $15,000

The annual salary for this position is $118,700 - $144,800 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
