Orthopaedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstruction

We are seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon with sub-specialty fellowship training in hip and knee reconstruction to join our Joint Commission Accredited Center for Hip and Knee Replacement. Our adult reconstruction surgeons enjoy a state-of-the-art hospital on our Hillsboro campus, which is one of the highest volume centers for hip and knee replacement surgery in the pacific northwest. Our new partner will join 4 other experienced fellowship trained Joint Replacement Surgeons in a group of 39 surgeons and 26 Affiliated Clinicians specializing in all fields of Orthopaedic Surgery.

What to expect:

• Compensation that includes base salary with volume and value incentives
• General call that is approximately 1 in 8, and does not include spine
• Full integration of electronic medical records, established care pathways
• Opportunities for leadership positions within the medical group if desired
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
• 1.0  FTE 
• 4 day work week with guaranteed 1 day off every week

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopaedics
• Adult Reconstruction fellowship training

The annual salary for this position is $547,100 - $664,800 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
