We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing medical group as a Hospitalist in Longview, WA. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care with sensitivity and understanding for hospitalized patients and their families, seeking to ensure that patients are satisfied with the information and explanations provided regarding their care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of daytime, swing and night shifts to meet the demands for our patients.

What You Can Expect:

• An experienced support staff

• Opportunities for leadership positions within the medical group if desired
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
• 1.0 FTE strongly preferred, but 0.9 FTE (prorated compensation) schedule is available.

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Flexibility to work a blended schedule of days, swings and night shifts (pays a shift differential as applicable)

The annual salary for this position is $287,600 to $326,800 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
