Northwest Permanente, P.C. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our growing medical group at the North Lancaster Medical Office in Salem.

Our program delivers high-quality, cost-effective care to injured workers, with a focus on timely return to work and minimizing disability. We partner closely with local employers to provide comprehensive workplace health and safety services that support their business goals, while strengthening the trusted Kaiser Permanente brand through this unique line of service.
You will join a collaborative team of Occupational Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians, along with Nurse Practitioners, supported by a highly skilled Integrated Care team. Our clinics are intentionally staffed with experienced professionals, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care while enhancing both the patient and employer experience.

Current hiring incentives for this role:
The annual salary for this position is $224,400 - $273,700 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
