The Senior Sourcer partners with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical, hard-to-fill, and high-priority positions. This role builds diverse talent pipelines, leverages market intelligence and innovative sourcing techniques, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience. This is a 12 month temporary term position.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies aligned with workforce needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Utilize labor market insights and industry trends to inform recruiting strategies and improve results.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand throughout the candidate journey.
Physician & Critical Role Recruitment
- Support recruitment efforts for physicians and other hard-to-fill positions.
- Serve as a key contact for candidates, providing information about opportunities, compensation, benefits, and hiring processes.
- Assist with offer discussions and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Talent Outreach & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency and fellowship programs, professional associations, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and recruitment events.
- Manage relationships with sourcing vendors and evaluate platform effectiveness.
Recruitment Marketing & Analytics
- Execute recruitment marketing campaigns, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
- Track sourcing effectiveness, pipeline activity, and recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Meet or exceed established sourcing and recruitment performance goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment marketing.
- Experience recruiting physicians, executives, senior-level professionals, or other difficult-to-fill positions.
- Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and achieving hiring goals.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to travel domestically as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in an agency or corporate environment.
- Healthcare recruitment experience.
- Experience using iCIMS or similar ATS platforms.
