Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck Surgeon

We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon to join our Portland, Oregon team. Fellowship training is not required, as the position is for a Comprehensive Otolaryngologist. However, we want to encourage all applicants, specifically with clinical interests or advance training in facial plastics & reconstruction, endocrine or head and neck surgery.

• 1:7 call schedule
• Teaching responsibilities in head and neck surgery
• Convenient hospital facility layout, with the OR, clinic, and inpatient floors in close proximity to support collaboration with head and neck surgery partners
• Well-rounded head and neck surgery partner team, including general head and neck surgeons and subspecialists (neurotology, laryngology, rhinology, facial plastics, gender-affirming care, cancer surgery)
• Experienced support staff
• Access to a physician-friendly, advanced Epic EMR
• Opportunities for medical group leadership, if desired
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

The annual salary for this position is $379,500 - $462,800 prorated to $341,550 - $416,520 for the 4-day work week.  The salary range considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
