We invite applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Ophthalmologist with Glaucoma fellowship training to join our Ophthalmology team based in Vancouver, WA. Our ideal candidate will have a the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of clinical and surgical glaucoma, with no shortage of interesting pathology. You will practice state-of-the-art glaucoma care, while also managing the full range of ophthalmology, including the opportunity for high volume cataract surgery. Proficiency and interest in new and emerging surgical techniques in glaucoma are welcome.
Current hiring incentives for this role:
The annual salary for this position is $344,880 - $420,570 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package. Opportunities are available for higher patient volume and a travel stipend that can increase the Total Rewards value range of $519,500-$646,000 annually.
