Northwest Permanente, P.C. is a self-governed, multi-specialty group of approximately 1,500 physicians and surgeons, is seeking a fellowship trained Urogynecologist that is board certified/eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.

Our dynamic practice is comprised of five urogynecologists at our Kaiser Sunnyside Campus with surgical services at both our Sunnyside and Westside Campuses. We also have a joint fellowship program with Oregon Health & Science University. Senior OHSU residents also do surgical rotation with our group. The Urogyn division is under the leadership of our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Our close association with the departments of colorectal surgery and urology allow physicians to practice the full scope of urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery.

Our new urogynecolgist will be on a 1:5 call rotation with in house call support by the ob/gyn generalists. They will also be supported by our award-winning EPIC-based electronic medical record system which allows for easy access to all pertinent patient clinical data, a competitive salary and an extensive benefits package. Our team is truly interprofessional with two full time urogynecologic nurses, multiple pelvic floor physical therapists and a physiatrist. Benefits include: medical, dental, disability and life insurance; generous retirement plans; vacation, sabbatical and educational leave; and professional liability coverage. Physicians are also eligible for Senior Physician and Shareholder standing after approximately three years with the group (must be Board Certified by that time).
