    Northwest Permanente is seeking a dynamic diabetologist with a preferred minimum of 2-years post-training experience to join our endocrine department.  The successful candidate will work with and oversee a diabetology NP and 3 experienced diabetes care managers in the care of our members with diabetes (mostly type 1 DM). The practice is predominantly outpatient with minimal inpatient duties and call.

     

    Our preferred candidate is a physician who is passionate about diabetes care, board-certified/eligible, is committed to providing evidence-based care, is willing to follow collaboratively developed departmental guidelines and to work within a drug formulary. In providing patient-centered, evidence- based care we are looking for physicians who are innovative, flexible and team players.
