  • Overview

We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join our group in Vancouver, Washington. Our new colleague should have Orthopaedic sub-specialty training or experience in hand and upper extremity surgery. The expected practice mix would primarily encompass hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow surgery.

The Orthopaedic Department regionally has a total of 29 orthopaedic surgeons and the group has relatively high volume practices with a wide variety of case types. The practice is collegial and department members include surgery specialization in spine, hands, sports medicine, pediatric orthopedics, orthopedic oncology, and complex total joint reconstruction.

Our new colleague should initially expect a 1 in 14 general orthopaedic call.  The general call, however, is in the process of changing to hand call over the next year. Our work week offers work life balance at either a 4 day or 4.5 day work week.
